Ideal candidates are highly motivated lawyers with a track record of advising high-net-worth families and business owners on planning, tax strategy, and succession. This role offers leadership development opportunities and collaboration across a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on sophisticated trust and tax planning for complex estates and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trusts and estates, tax planning, and business succession matters.
• Ability to design and execute sophisticated tax and estate planning strategies for high-net-worth clients.
• Strong research, writing, and client communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced trust strategies (IDGTs, SLATs, GRATs, CRTs, dynasty trusts, non-grantor trusts).
• Advise on tax-efficient transfers involving estate, gift, and GST taxes.
• Develop asset protection and beneficiary-controlled trust structures.
• Provide guidance for blended families, special needs planning, and high-net-worth families.
• Oversee business planning and succession, including entity structuring and buy-sell arrangements.
