Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to the New Jersey bar.
• At least two years of practice in a public or private agency.
• Experience in housing, landlord-tenant, real estate or municipal law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the general counsel in litigation management and administrative matters.
• Oversee discovery, document production, and trial exhibits as directed.
• Draft memoranda, contracts, resolutions, and other legal documents.
• Represent the NHA in meetings, hearings, and negotiations as needed.
