Job summary

Landing Point in the New York City metropolitan area seeks a high‑performing transactional attorney to serve as its first fully dedicated in‑house Legal Counsel. This hands‑on role covers acquisitions, divestitures, portfolio company matters, and strategic transactions.

You will work closely with the Founder and investment team, manage the full investment lifecycle, and oversee outside counsel to ensure timely, compliant deal execution.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a reputable law school and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
