NYC Health + Hospitals seeks an Associate Counsel Level C in the New York City metropolitan area. The successful candidate will advise on corporate law, litigation, labor relations, and business operations, under the General Counsel's direction.

Applicants must hold active NY State Bar membership and meet either three years of post-admission practice in relevant areas or two years of practice plus two years of progressively responsible managerial experience in legal fields.

• Active membership to the New York State Bar is required.

Responsabilités

• Identify legal risks and draft legal documents for the corporation.
• Represent the corporation in quasi-judicial proceedings and supervise legal staff in pre-trial preparations.
