Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and admission to a U.S. state bar.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in high-end estate planning, private wealth, life insurance, advanced markets, tax, business planning, or a closely related discipline.
• LLM, CPA, and CFP designations are assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation on complex life insurance opportunities involving wealth transfer, estate planning, and related tax matters.
• Research and communicate sophisticated planning strategies in line with company guidelines and risk principles.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, compliance, and operations to enable growth and manage regulatory risk.
• Develop and deliver advanced planning materials and educate internal and external audiences.
