Job summary

Three Strands is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support 49 Financial’s initiatives across digital platforms and day-to-day operations. You will coordinate social media, events, webinars, and merchandise, ensuring brand consistency and efficient processes.

The role collaborates with the marketing team to learn, own tasks, and grow in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Creative eye with an understanding of brand consistency and engaging marketing content.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Project management or financial services experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of 49 Financials’ marketing initiatives across digital platforms and day-to-day marketing operations. This role is responsible for coordinating social media execution, marketing event logistics, internal marketing communications, and managing company merchandise operations. Working closely with the marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator is a crucial support role in driving brand consistency, operational efficiency, and advisor engagement through organized, detail-oriented execution. This role is ideal for a proactive, creative, and resourceful individual who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Execution

  • Supporting the marketing team in executing the social media strategy across platforms.
  • Draft, schedule, and publish social media content; maintain the content calendar; coordinate creative asset needs; and monitor engagement to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute creative ideas for content, campaigns, and audience engagement while maintaining brand consistency.

Webinar, Event, and Podcast Logistics

  • Manage the operational aspects of company webinars and podcasts, including scheduling, setting up the platform via Zoom, registration, sending reminders, and conducting post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal presenters and stakeholders to ensure a smooth attendee experience.
  • Track attendance and engagement metrics and share results with the team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and attendee experience.

Merch Store & Inventory Management

  • Serve as the point person for our company merch store.
  • Manage online inventory, internal requests, and answer incoming questions from advisors and field leaders.
  • Coordinate sourcing of new items, reordering of inventory, and vendor communication.

Data & Marketing Operations

  • Pull, organize, and maintain marketing data and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support Marketing Manager in reviewing data, identifying trends, and compiling insights for various business needs.
  • Support the development and distribution of internal marketing communications.
  • Coordinate advisor and team headshots, helping schedule and organize approved photo assets.
