Responsibilities

• Execute daily food preparation and production activities per recipes and schedules.
• Support leadership in upholding quality, safety, and efficiency across production areas.
• Operate ovens, combi-ovens, tilts, kettles, blixers, mixers and similar equipment.
• Document temperature logs, batch records and sanitation logs for compliance.
• Label and trace meal components with dates and codes; ensure FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Maintain workstation hygiene and proper cleaning supplies and routines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to sustain production standards.
