Amazon Devices and Services Legal is seeking an Associate Contracts Manager to review and draft commercial agreements and provide daily legal counsel to business teams. You will help optimize processes, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enable innovative partnerships.

The role requires familiarity with AI ethics in the legal context and experience in contracts management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent requirement.
• Experience in contracts management, leading or supporting contract negotiations, and drafting contracts or similar roles.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Review and draft a variety of commercial agreements.
• Provide day-to-day legal counsel to business teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency in legal support.
