The role requires a Master’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Process Engineering (or completion within the last 12 months). Preferred skills include SQL, Tableau, and Lean Six Sigma. The position operates on a 9/80 schedule and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or related field (or completed within last 12 months).
• Knowledge of SQL, Tableau and Lean Six Sigma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategies for the implementation of CI.
• Review documentation related to policies, procedures, and standard work.
• Collect and maintain CI records for the work area, including recording scores, creating action lists, participating as necessary, and investigating and documenting issues.
• Collect data about current processes, flows, and improvement opportunities.
• Support production lines in meeting desired production goals on time and on budget.
• Identify waste in processes and work to remove it.
• Work closely with the operations team to establish work standards.
