Uninoi LLC is seeking an Associate Consultant to diagnose challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitate solutions that drive measurable outcomes for client organizations.

This role goes beyond traditional training delivery; you will engage with business leaders, design learning experiences, and guide teams through change and development initiatives, delivering impact across hybrid, remote, and client-site engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Corporate Training, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Consulting, or Change Management.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to lead conversations with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Highly collaborative and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders.

We are building a network of experienced Associate Consultants who can confidently engage with clients, facilitate workshops, coach leaders, and support transformation initiatives.

Position Summary

As an Associate Consultant, you will work with organizations to diagnose challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitate solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

This role goes beyond traditional training delivery. Successful consultants are comfortable engaging business leaders, asking insightful questions, facilitating strategic conversations, designing learning experiences, and guiding teams through change and development initiatives.

You may support client engagements involving:

Key Responsibilities

Consulting & Discovery

• Conduct discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify business challenges, performance gaps, and development opportunities.
• Gather and analyze data to understand root causes.
• Recommend solutions that may include training, coaching, facilitation, process improvements, or other interventions.
• Develop actionable recommendations aligned with client goals.

Facilitation & Coaching

• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual workshops.
• Lead leadership discussions, strategy sessions, and team development activities.
• Deliver professional skills, leadership, and organizational effectiveness programs.
• Coach individuals and teams to improve performance and effectiveness.

Solution Design

• Develop customized workshop materials, facilitator guides, participant resources, and learning tools.
• Design practical, business-focused learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs and client stakeholders to create relevant solutions.
• Adapt content to different audiences and organizational contexts.

Client Partnership

• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor during engagements.
• Manage client expectations and communicate proactively.
• Contribute to exceptional client experiences.
• Measure engagement effectiveness and business impact.
• Analyze participant feedback and performance outcomes.
• Stay current on leadership, learning, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation trends.
• Incorporate modern tools and technologies, including AI-enabled solutions where appropriate.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
