TÜV SÜD Global Risk Consultants, a global leader in property loss control, is seeking an Associate Consultant - Property Loss Control - Fire. This position is based in the United States and the European Union, offering remote work options in the following metropolitan areas:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Completing the TÜV SÜD GRC new employee training program satisfactorily.
• Conducting Loss Control Surveys for prospects and clients.
• Performing plan review services.
• Managing your workload independently.
• Developing technical expertise for complex risks.

As your experience grows, additional responsibilities may include:

• Conducting property loss control surveys evaluating property and business interruption exposures based on NFPA Standards and others.
• Developing recommendations with loss estimates pre- and post-implementation.
• Evaluating automatic fire protection and water supply systems.
• Assessing building construction, occupancy, hazards.
• Estimating losses based on scenarios like the Maximum Foreseeable Loss.
• Providing training and peer reviews for colleagues.
• Offering services such as training, loss control program development, and regulatory interpretation.
• Preparing and presenting proposals, service instructions, and stewardship reports.
• Engaging directly with upper management, including risk and financial managers.

Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree or higher.
• Disciplined and motivated with good technical application skills.
• Ability to climb ladders, lift/carry up to 50 lbs., stoop, crouch, crawl, and traverse catwalks.
