SUMMARY

This role is responsible for providing day-to-day support and management of all client projects and deliverables. It involves managing marketing efforts, evaluating financials and renewals, directing resources, and maintaining client relationships. The Employer Health Centers practice supports self-funded clients in sponsoring primary care, occupational health, and other healthcare-related services. Project types include feasibility studies, RFPs, implementation, clinical audits, ROI analysis, and stewardship.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Serve as the daily contact managing client relationships and internal teams.
  2. Provide data analysis, recommendations, and develop client and prospect reports.
  3. Offer insights and recommendations on product offerings, vendor selection, pricing, and strategy.
  4. Represent the client in vendor negotiations.
  5. Track project performance and ensure successful completion of goals.
  6. Act as liaison between client and vendors.
  7. Assist with communication strategies and development.
  8. Support issue resolution between client and vendors.
  9. Manage all account activities.
  10. Create and manage project plans, including controls like action item lists, risk logs, issues logs, change controls, and decision logs.
  11. Partner with internal resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four or more years of related work experience. Must meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal. Valid Insurance License. Two or more years of project management experience in healthcare is preferred.

SKILLS

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Basic technical, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities. Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork. Strong customer service, listening, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Must be thorough, detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
