This role is responsible for providing day-to-day support and management of all client projects and deliverables. It involves managing marketing efforts, evaluating financials and renewals, directing resources, and maintaining client relationships. The Employer Health Centers practice supports self-funded clients in sponsoring primary care, occupational health, and other healthcare-related services. Project types include feasibility studies, RFPs, implementation, clinical audits, ROI analysis, and stewardship.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four or more years of related work experience. Must meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal. Valid Insurance License. Two or more years of project management experience in healthcare is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Basic technical, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities. Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork. Strong customer service, listening, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Must be thorough, detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
