Job summary

Lab37 Robotics focuses on deploying robots for direct-to-customer food production and leads complex installations in commercial kitchens. The role drives end-to-end deployment, coordinating electrical, plumbing, mechanical works, and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, kitchen operators, and partners, manage budgets and schedules, and handle permitting and inspections to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction project management or kitchen buildouts.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and construction processes.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, project budgets, and schedules.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with commercial kitchen ventilation, hood systems, or fire suppression systems is a plus.
