Job summary

Lab37 Robotics is seeking a procurement-focused professional for its Austin office to manage cost estimates, budgets, and vendor contracts for commercial kitchen development projects.

You will source and coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers, review proposals, negotiate pricing, and help reduce costs across multiple locations. Strong communication and hands-on problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, cost estimating, or vendor management.
• Familiarity with construction materials, commercial equipment, or construction-related purchasing.
• Experience with vendor quotations, contracts, pricing, and cost estimates.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple vendors, purchases, and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment or construction procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

This role is based in our Austin office. As a company driven by invention and continuous change - we are constantly reimagining our industries, building new products, and refining how we operate. We do our best work together. That's why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week. The base salary range for this role is $71,000 - $83,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
