Discord's Commercial & Marketing Legal (CoMa) team is the legal engine behind Discord's revenue and partnership initiatives. You will partner with Global Partnerships, Developer & Platform Solutions, Corporate Strategy, Ad Solutions, Data Science, AdTech, Marketing, and Procurement to structure and close deals that bring games, creators, and brands to Discord.

Competenze

• 4+ years of commercial transactional experience, with a mix of top law firm and/or in-house experience at a tech company preferred.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, such as technology licensing, platform integrations, and revenue partnerships.
• Experience with advertising, gaming, digital media, data privacy and consumer internet.

• Draft, negotiate, and close a high volume of commercial agreements, including Advertising, API and SDK integration, commerce, and ad tech transactions.
• Negotiate IP licensing agreements with game, anime, and entertainment licensors for digital collectibles and in-app content.
• Review, advise on, and support sponsorship and marketing efforts.
• Structure novel monetization and revenue models, such as virtual currency, bundled subscriptions, rewards programs, and revenue share.
• Support payments and platform agreements, including payment processors, gift card distribution, and app store terms.
• Build and maintain scalable templates, playbooks, and self-serve processes.
