This requires hard work and innovation, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team.

Job Overview: The role involves supporting the Account Management team by working directly with Account Managers on credit line renewals, managing the flow of attachments for special equipment, and collecting, reviewing, and capturing financial information of our clients across various internal systems. The position also includes activating pricing processes, credit transfers, and Yellow Belt projects. Commercial associates serve as the support backbone for account managers and represent the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Renewals:

  3. Initiate email communications with clients for renewal information, with support from the AM.
  4. Prepare documentation and approvals for handoffs, including legal and risk checklists.
  5. Assist in account handoffs and ensure proper setup post-renewal.
  1. Flows of Trucks:
  2. Manage purchase orders, supplier registration, and ID setup in the trucks flow.
  3. Track the status of truck flows to ensure progression to annex issuance, review issued annexes, and upload funding packages.
  1. Releases and Re-bookings:
  2. Manage uploads and follow-up in the calculator, ensuring approvals are obtained.
  1. Legal:
  2. Handle client adhesion and cession agreements, and update LA’s.
  1. Commercial:
  2. Provide monthly visibility on vehicle expirations, participate in client meetings, and support lead qualification and RFP processes.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related numerical field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the commercial industry and/or financial services.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical skills, process improvement orientation, and a proactive attitude are desirable.
  • Team player with enthusiasm and optimism, capable of working in dynamic, cross-functional teams.
  • High discipline, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Integrity and professionalism.

What’s in it for You:

  • An innovative, empowering culture with accountability.
  • Comprehensive health and welfare benefits for you and your family.
  • Additional benefits including paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays).
