Children's Legacy Center in California is seeking an Associate Clinician to join ARCHCollaborative, delivering mental health services to youth and families affected by trauma under supervision. You will provide individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and parent education; document clinical notes; and collaborate with staff, victim advocates, and community partners.

A Master's in a behavioral science and registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate are

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral science (e.g., Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology).
• Registered and in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate (AMFT/ACSW/APCC).
• Experience with trauma-informed care and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Provide therapeutic mental health services to youth and families impacted by trauma; includes individual, family, group therapy, crisis intervention, and parent education.
• Offer therapeutic support to non-offending caregivers to foster family healing.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, provide diagnoses, and document clinical notes.
• Collaborate with staff, victim advocates, and community partners to ensure holistic client support.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in alignment with program and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on trauma-informed practices and evidence-based treatments.
