• Facilitate clinical and experiential group therapy sessions to support healing.
• Participate in screenings, intakes, orientations, assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Attend trainings and clinical supervision to enhance skills.
• Serve as part of multidisciplinary treatment teams.
• Support the team with crisis prevention, intervention, and management as needed.
