Role Overview

As an Associate in Client Services within the Client Relationship Group, your responsibilities will include:

1. Reviewing investor transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers) booked by the administrator and reconciling them against expected transactions.
2. Addressing investor inquiries regarding transactions, documentation requirements, and liquidity/redemption schedules.
3. Guiding eligible employees through the investment process in BAM funds.
4. Supporting larger investor projects, such as maintaining the investor portal, creating or improving marketing materials, and investor reporting.
5. Maintaining data in our CRM system, uploading monthly investor balances and transactions, and performing reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
6. Preparing CRM reports on investor composition and fund AUM, creating new reports as needed, and automating manual reports.

Education, Training & Experience

Candidates should possess:

1. At least 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or client services/investor relations within the financial services or hedge fund industry.
2. Intermediate Excel skills.
3. Experience with hedge funds is a plus.
4. Experience with CRM systems, particularly Dynamo Software, is a plus.
