The ACM may work directly with sales executives on small groups that are sold. ACMs typically have a book of business with 15 to 20 clients and typically support groups with fewer than 300 employees. This position may have minimal assistance from a Client Coordinator. They maintain senior management level contact with Benefits, Human Resources, and the financial staff of the client and assigned broker partners. ACMs also work on internal projects that benefit and support clients and/or the client management organization. ACMs are charged with retaining and growing their assigned book of business.ADMThe Associate Client Manager (ACM) is responsible for the overall relationship with the client, from implementation, everyday problem resolution through renewal activities. The ACM may work directly with sales executives on new groups that are sold. ACMs typically have a book of business volume will depend on size and complexity, generally not more than 6 accounts at start. This position will have assistance from a Client Coordinator. They maintain senior management level contact with Client Benefits staff and assigned broker partners as well as Sales and Account Management (SAM) partners at HCSC. ACMs are charged with maintaining high levels of satisfaction with their assigned book of business.Required Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years previous Client Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client-facing/client support responsibilities or High school diploma or GED equivalent required and 6 years industry experience.Willingness to travel (up to 10%)Results oriented and self-motivatedStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong presentation skillsOrganizational, analytical, problem-solving solving and time management skills are requiredPreferred Job Qualifications:Insurance licenseUnderstanding of self-funding and employee benefit plansKnowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.)Stop loss understanding is a plusThis is a Telecommute (Remote) role.
