The Job

Marsh McLennan Agency’s Business Insurance team is seeking a passionate, people-oriented customer service professional to deliver outstanding insurance and risk management services to our clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those new to insurance or customer service to develop their skills and advance their careers at MMA. We provide mentorship, training, resources, and development opportunities to support your success, though a drive and desire to excel are essential.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Work with customers and carriers: Handle incoming service requests.
  2. Manage insurance marketing: Negotiate with carriers, prepare presentation and proposal materials, collect customer information, and process insurance policies.
  3. Account collaboration: Negotiate with insurance carriers, prepare presentation and proposal materials, and manage customer information.
  4. Update customer information: Maintain accurate, current records in our agency management system.
  5. Upsell & cross-sell: Collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue opportunities.
  6. Customer service: Provide effective and efficient service to clients.
  7. Additional responsibilities: Follow organizational policies, ensure quality control through documentation, maintain confidentiality, and be a positive team member.
