You will guide internal staff on client processes and ensure timely delivery of solutions tailored to client objectives. The role emphasizes strong communication, analytical thinking, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to maximize client responsiveness and develop relationships.
• Analytical skills to evaluate client requests and procedures and implement improvements.
• Well-developed organizational skills with time management across multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with focus on Excel (pivot tables / lookups).
• General SQL knowledge may be required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages all service activities with mid-tier customers and communicates clearly to develop an authoritative relationship.
• Maintains knowledge of Cass services and tools and recommends process improvements for efficiency.
• Handles client questions and requests per defined procedures and coordinates priorities.
• Analyzes issues and communicates solutions to customers.
• Drives best-practice use of key metrics and logs project improvements.
• Ensures timely delivery of new solutions aligned to client needs and objectives.
