Job description

Government Associate Client Executives are an elite group of sales professionals dedicated to maximizing sales opportunities and protecting revenue across our Government Risk and Fraud customer base. They manage a portfolio of new and existing customer accounts within a specified territory and are responsible for training, upsell, and renewal performance throughout the customer lifecycle.

About the Role:

  • Meet monthly sales targets and renewal goals
  • Validate customer needs, shape product plans, and close deals
  • Develop and implement territory growth strategies
  • Forecast renewals and sales weekly, maintaining a clean SFDC pipeline
  • Conduct product demonstrations effectively
  • Monitor upcoming renewals, identify at-risk accounts, and implement mitigation plans
  • Secure long-term revenue through multi-year contracts
  • Leverage digital tools for automated and scalable interactions (e.g., digital Quarterly Success Review, auto-renewal contracts)
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve issues collaboratively

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
