About the Role & Team

Client Consultants play a vital role in delivering solutions to our clients. They act as liaisons among stakeholders, leveraging their understanding of the FinTech industry, system, technology, analysis, and communication skills. They collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, analyze processes, define success criteria, and assist in designing optimal implementations.

An Associate Client Consultant should possess a basic understanding of best practices, capable of executing tasks under supervision, and creating basic insights and recommendations. This role involves supporting the client service team and leading low-complexity support efforts.

Skills and Experience Needed

We seek a motivated individual with strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make informed decisions are essential. Prior experience as a Client Consultant or Client Specialist is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually, plus bonuses and benefits including health coverage, life insurance, disability, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and discretionary bonuses. Compensation is based on location, experience, and market conditions.
