Job description

Zurich F&I Customer Support Roles

Zurich is seeking an F&I Customer Support Associate or Consultant to join our Finance & Insurance (F&I) team. This remote role involves providing high-quality support to agents, brokers, customers, and partners via phone and electronic communication, ensuring exceptional service and resolution of inquiries.

Under supervision, the Customer Support Associate handles non-routine inquiries from agents, brokers, insureds, regulators, customers, claimants, and prospects. The focus is on delivering excellent customer service by addressing inquiries accurately and efficiently.

The Customer Support Consultant manages a high volume of inquiries, often involving extensive research to resolve complex issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

This role requires availability Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 7:30 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts or overtime.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Research and respond to inquiries via phone and electronic communication.
  2. Enter inquiry data into tracking systems.
  3. Prepare Agent Broker Referrals, identifying four nearby agents for prospective customers.
  4. Locate claims office staff for insureds and others reporting claims.
  5. Identify appropriate business or marketing representatives for agent appointment requests.
  6. Investigate and route complaints from regulators or consumers.

The role level (Associate or Consultant) will be determined based on experience and skills.

Qualifications:
F&I Customer Support Associate:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; no prior experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and team collaboration.
F&I Customer Support Consultant:
  • Bachelor’s Degree; no experience required, or
  • High School Diploma plus 3+ years in customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months call center experience.
  • Ability to multitask across applications and systems.
  • Comfort with multiple platforms and monitors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in finance, automotive, or auto dealership industries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
  • Proactive and self-sufficient.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.

Compensation varies by location, role, skills, and experience, with a range of $17.84 - $25.05 per hour, plus incentives. For more details, refer to our Total Rewards information.
