Job summary

Atwell, LLC in Marietta, GA is seeking an Associate Project Manager within the Civil Engineering group to drive complex projects in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, mentor junior staff, prepare technical reports and construction documents, review site plans, and support permitting, scheduling, and budgets. PE is required and candidates should have 6+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license required.
• Experience managing civil engineering projects with client interfacing.
• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel to different states for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize site plans and construction documents with Project Managers.
• Analyze survey data and documents for site conditions.
• Mentor junior staff and guide project tasks.
• Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations, including hydrology studies and schedules.
• Support construction activities from permit applications to quantity estimates.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software.
• Develop project management skills for advancement to PM roles.
