Artheon is hiring an Entry Level Civil Engineer to join our Civil/Municipal department in Neptune. The role offers hands-on exposure to municipal infrastructure, transportation, water, and wastewater projects while developing professional skills in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

As an Associate Engineer, you will work with experienced engineers, participate in a leadership program for early-career professionals, and contribute to planning through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification or scheduled to take the EIT exam.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in municipal engineering work.
• Willingness to work from Neptune/Tinton Falls, NJ office.

Responsibilities

• Review site plans, subdivision and land development applications for compliance with municipal ordinances, standards, and regulations.
• Assist with design work on municipal infrastructure projects such as roadway improvements, including preparation of plans and specifications.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and analysis under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support construction‑phase activities, including coordination with inspectors and review of field conditions.
• Work closely with experienced engineers and participate in mentorship programs.
