Artheon is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer to join our Civil/Municipal department in Albany, NY. You will work with experienced engineers on municipal infrastructure projects, gaining exposure from planning through construction under mentorship.

The role emphasizes stormwater, transportation, water and wastewater, with hands-on design using AutoCAD Civil 3D and field observations. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and an EIT plan are preferred, along with strong communication and a passion

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
EIT certification or plan to sit for EIT exam.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to participate confidently in public meetings.
Demonstrated interest in municipal engineering.

Mansioni

Municipal Review & Technical Analysis: review site plans and development applications for compliance; prepare technical comments and reports; communicate with boards and teams.
Engineering & Design: assist with design of municipal infrastructure; prepare plans, specifications, and CAD drawings; perform calculations and analyses.
Field & Construction Experience: visit project sites; review field conditions; support inspections and coordinate with inspectors and contractors.
Team Collaboration & Professional Development: work with experienced engineers; progress to more complex assignments; participate in mentoring programs.
