Artheon is seeking an Associate Engineer to join our Civil/Municipal team in Camden, NJ. You will work on municipal reviews, stormwater and transportation projects, and assist with design using CAD tools under structured mentorship.

The role emphasizes growth from within, exposure to planning through construction, and collaboration with experienced engineers and municipal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or plan to sit for the EIT exam.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public meeting participation.
• Demonstrated interest in municipal engineering.

Responsibilities

• Review site plans, subdivisions and capital projects for compliance with municipal standards.
• Prepare comments, memos and reports for Planning and Zoning Boards.
• Design municipal infrastructure including stormwater, roads and utilities using CAD tools.
• Assist field teams during site visits and construction inspections.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to grow technical skills.
