About This Role
This position is part of Artheon's long-term growth strategy to build a strong engineering team. We hire early-career engineers, invest in their professional development, and promote from within. As an Associate Engineer, you will build foundational engineering skills while gaining exposure to a broad range of municipal engineering disciplines, including stormwater management, transportation, water and wastewater, and municipal infrastructure.
Based in our Cape May Courthouse, NJ office, you will work alongside experienced engineers on progressively more complex assignments, developing technical expertise through structured mentorship and hands‑on project experience. You'll gain an understanding of how projects move from planning and municipal review through design, construction, and completion.

The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
