Job summary

The University of Oregon Information Services invites applications for the Associate CIO for Enterprise Solutions. This leadership role guides enterprise academic and administrative applications, integration services, application development, web hosting and data management, and oversees a team of about 40 professionals.

You will shape vision and plans for budget, personnel, and technology lifecycle, liaison with regulators and vendors, and help steer the ERP/SIS modernization project, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in business process improvement, enterprise applications, integration and data management.
• Experience leading high-performing technology teams with supervision, coaching and mentoring.
• Experience in complex, decentralized organizations and leading organizational change.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts and agreements with end-users, service providers and regulators.
