Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters’s degree in technology, business, or related field and seven years of progressive IT experience.
• A doctoral degree is preferred.
• Experience leading research information technology portfolios and programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Research Technology strategy advancing institutional research priorities.
• Provide executive oversight of research administration applications and services.
• Oversee secure research environments with HIPAA, FERPA, CUI, NIST 800-171, and CMMC compliance.
• Build relationships with faculty, centers, and partners to enable research progress.
• Lead teams delivering research applications, computing, data services, and related support.
• Evaluate and deploy data-intensive science capabilities and AI-enabled use cases with pilots.
