Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking an Associate Chemist to prepare and analyze environmental samples using standard analytical methods, in compliance with QA programs. The role may require standing, working with organic solvents, lab glassware and specialized equipment.

Duties include performing routine analyses, recording and reporting data, instrument maintenance, and training records. PFAS and LC/MS focus will be emphasized.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or related field or 2 years lab experience.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• PFAS and LC/MS experience preferred.
• Lab or production setting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples and perform chemical analyses.
• Maintain instrument and record data.
• Follow SOPs and QA procedures.
• Work on PFAS/LC/MS analyses.
• Keep training records up to date.
• Rotate among routine lab tasks.
