Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Spiritual Care professional at the All Saints Spring Campus in Racine, WI. The role involves delivering pastoral care, guiding ethical decisions, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

The position is PRN with rotating shifts within the Spiritual Care department. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree; a Master's in Theology or related field is preferred, and 1 ACPE unit is required with 2 units preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Theology, Religious Studies, Human Behavior or related field.
• 1 unit of ACPE Clinical Pastoral Education required; 2 units preferred.

Work Experience

• 2 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
