Job summary

Ascension in Manhattan, KS is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Care professional to support patients, families, and staff during night shifts at Via Christi, Manhattan. The role collaborates with ministry and medical teams to deliver compassionate care and guidance.

Responsibilities include planning and implementing spiritual programs, offering blessings and prayers, and providing ethical consultation and referrals as needed within a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma equivalency required.
• 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE or CPEI) required.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Theology, Spirituality, Social Work, Divinity, Philosophy, Servant Leadership, Pastoral Studies or related field preferred.
• 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) preferred.
