Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Channel Partner Liaison to serve as the primary contact between external data providers, channel partners, and internal teams. You will coordinate data integration activities, validate data, and drive go-live execution while maintaining data quality and strong partner relationships.

The role involves ensuring timely implementation, testing, and ongoing support across the partner lifecycle, with opportunities to work with offshore teams and multiple data providers.

Qualifications

  • Mimulus 3+ years to max 6 years experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience delivering across multiple projects; detail-oriented and organized.
  • Experience in pharmacy operations, supply chains, and data.
  • Consulting or Specialty Pharmacy experience (SP ops, SP data reporting, SP drug development).
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or health.

Responsibilities

  • Create, review and complete system validation documents including data exemptions.
  • Maintain program contract tracker and data requirements documentation.
  • Coordinate with offshore team to process test files and report results to data providers.
  • Perform ongoing testing until data providers are production ready.
  • Lead go-live activities with data providers and internal teams.
  • Assist operations during hyper-care post go-live.
  • Develop relationships with external data providers and escalate trends and issues.
  • Provide insights on data integration timelines, tasks and deliverables.
  • Manage data quality and system issues with data providers.
  • Act as contact for transaction data issues with providers.
  • Identify customer concerns and program trends related to data provider performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing issues with data provider files.

About The Job You’re Considering

The Channel Partner Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between external data providers, channel partners, and internal cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for coordinating data integration activities, managing system validation and testing processes, ensuring data quality, and facilitating successful go-live execution. The Channel Partner Liaison builds strong partner relationships, identifies and resolves operational issues, communicates implementation timelines and requirements, and provides ongoing support to ensure seamless data exchange and operational excellence throughout the partner lifecycle.

Your Role

  • Create, review and complete system validation document including data exemptions
  • Maintain program contract tracker and data requirements documentation
  • Work with offshore team to process test files and communicate test results to data providers
  • Perform ongoing testing until all data providers are production ready
  • Conduct necessary go-live activities both internally and externally with data providers
  • Assist with operations during hyper care period post go-live
  • Develop working relationships with external data providers and be responsible for escalating trends and issues
  • Provide insight on the data integration process and IT implementation timelines, tasks and deliverables
  • Manages data quality and system issues with each data provider
  • Act as a point of contact for transaction data issues with data providers
  • Identify and elevate customer concerns and program trends related to data provider performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing issues with data provider files

Required Skills

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$46,000 to $111,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
