Capgemini USA is seeking a Channel Partner Liaison to coordinate data integration activities between external data providers, channel partners, and internal teams. You will manage validation, testing, go-live, and ongoing support, and build strong partner relationships to ensure seamless data exchange across the partner lifecycle.

This role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in pharmacy operations or supply chains.

Qualifications

  • Experience across multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Consulting or Specialty Pharmacy experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or health fields.

Responsibilities

  • Create, review and complete system validation documents, including data exemptions.
  • Maintain program contract tracker and data requirements documentation.
  • Work with offshore teams to process test files and communicate results to data providers.
  • Perform ongoing testing until all data providers are production ready.
  • Conduct go-live activities with data providers and internally.
  • Assist with hyper care period post go-live and provide ongoing support.
  • Develop relationships with external data providers and escalate trends and issues.
  • Provide insight on data integration processes and IT timelines, tasks and deliverables.
  • Manage data quality and system issues with data providers.
  • Act as point of contact for transaction data issues with data providers.
  • Identify and escalate customer concerns and program trends related to data provider performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing issues with data provider files.

This role is responsible for coordinating data integration activities, managing system validation and testing processes, ensuring data quality, and facilitating successful go-live execution. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
