Position Highlights:

  • Analyze complex situations and develop effective strategies

  • Contribute to Service Line strategy development, setting goals and metrics

  • Lead clinical operations, bridging the gap between medical practice and administrative functions

  • Monitor patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement

  • Advocate for patient needs

  • Forecast budget needs and manage financial performance

  • Collaborate with a talented team of professionals

  • 0.5 FTE for administrative duties (20 hours weekly) and 0.5 FTE for Direct Patient Care duties (20 hours weekly)

Required Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with experience leading MD and APC psychiatry clinicians

  • Board Certification in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry or General Adult Psychiatry

  • Eligibility for full licensure in state of Massachusetts

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty
