The Associate Center Operations Director is responsible for center operations, including performance, scheduling, patient experience, and center culture. The role involves direct supervision of staff and ensuring the needs of the center, physicians, clinicians, care teams, patients, and visitors are met.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
  • Enhance patient experience by implementing best practices and addressing feedback.
  • Optimize appointment slot utilization and quality to maximize access and efficiency.
  • Ensure team availability and accessibility, reducing wait times.
  • Monitor and manage patient disenrollment and orphan patients to ensure continuous care.
  • Cultivate a positive center culture and promote team engagement.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies and oversee onboarding of staff.
  • Implement strategies to improve retention and reduce turnover.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Build relationships and foster collaboration.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making and analyze performance metrics.
  • Develop and engage teams, promote a positive work environment.
  • Understand regulatory standards and legal requirements.
  • Apply critical reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Exercise independent judgment.
Education and Experience Criteria
  • BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, Business, Biological Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of related experience in healthcare settings.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in healthcare.
