What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Lead projects focused on incentive compensation design and operations for oncology/rare diseases
  2. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop compensation strategies that enhance performance
  3. Provide analytical support for SalesForce alignment and call planning
  4. Utilize programming to develop processes for incentive compensation and call planning
  5. Analyze field performance using data tools to recommend optimal resourcing levels

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics, particularly in pharmaceutical commercial analytics
  3. Extensive experience in Incentive Compensation Design & Operations, particularly in oncology/rare disease
  4. Proven experience in managing both onshore and offshore teams
  5. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience with SAS/Python software or R
  2. Background in account management and business development
