Aegis Living Laguna Niguel is seeking an Associate Care Director to lead care staff and ensure high-quality resident care. The role combines hands-on caregiving with scheduling, staff coverage, and training, under the Care Director’s guidance.

You will supervise care team, manage forms, monitor overtime, and participate in staff development, with opportunity to grow into a full Care Director role. On-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in caregiving for elderly patients or residents.
• 1+ year of experience as a Medication Technician with nurse delegation in Senior Living.
• Commitment to high quality standards for resident care.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Skilled at building positive relationships with residents and other care team members.
• Skilled at building positive relationships with residents and families.

Responsibilities

Aegis Living Laguna Niguel is looking for an Associate Care Director to provide quality care to our elderly residents and leadership to our care staff. The Associate Care Director (ACD) is an integral member of the health care team. Under the general direction of the Care Director, the ACD assists with the implementation of all care (ADLs) functions and medication passes in AL and LN communities as well supporting scheduling of care staff to ensure safe resident care.

• 2:30pm - 10:30pm
