Job description

The Associate Cardiac Device Technician is responsible for delivering the highest quality patient care in a cardiology clinical setting. This role supports physicians and clinical staff by coordinating patient flow, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling of cardiovascular implantable electronic device (CIED) patients—such as pacemakers, defibrillators, and loop recorders. The technician is responsible for responding to CIED monitor inquiries and troubleshooting monitor to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
