Copia Power in Washington, DC is seeking an Associate, Capital Markets with transaction experience in energy, infrastructure, or real estate. You will develop and structure financing for renewable assets, reporting to the Managing Director, Capital Markets.
Collaborate with development, asset management, legal, and finance teams, and interact with lenders, investors, and executives to support financial close.

Copia is seeking an Associate, Capital Markets with transaction experience in energy, infrastructure, or real estate. Preferred backgrounds include developers, operating companies, private equity, management consulting, or banking. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewables and skilled in developing financial models to support and structure transactions for growing our renewable asset portfolio.
The Associate, Capital Markets will report directly to the Managing Director, Capital Markets, working closely with Copia’s development, asset management, energy markets, legal, and finance teams in an individual contributor capacity.
