Job summary

PJT Partners is seeking a Campus Recruiting professional in the United States to support undergraduate and graduate programs, internships, and full-time hiring. You will partner with hiring managers, manage university relationships, plan events, and oversee the full lifecycle of campus recruitment.

You will develop strong candidate networks, coordinate multiple processes across businesses, and maintain onboarding materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in campus recruiting.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and hiring platforms (Workday experience a plus).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and process a high volume of work under pressure while maintaining the highest quality.
  • Ability to speak confidently and credibly in front of internal clients and external candidates at all levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; high quality document preparation and sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a desire to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstration of a high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.
  • Willingness to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of campus recruiting at the undergraduate and graduate level, in addition to Internship and Full-Time programs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine strategic hiring plan for campus classes and review job descriptions.
  • Execute full life cycle of U.S. campus recruitment process, liaise with stakeholders, plan events, post positions, review resumes, schedule interviews, manage superdays, collect feedback, debrief candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, universities and student organizations.
  • Help organize campus events and programs on-campus, in the office and virtually.
  • Manage applicant tracking system for multiple processes across multiple businesses.
  • Enter and maintain data integrity and reporting in databases and Excel sheets with attention to detail.
  • Maintain onboarding materials such as new hire offer packets and sign-on components.
  • Coordinate orientation and training for Summer Intern and First-Year programs.
  • Stay informed on recruiting methods through research and external networks.
  • Participate in maintenance of campus recruitment budget.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, universities and student organizations.
  • Help organize and execute campus events and programs on-campus, in the office and virtually.
  • Manage applicant tracking system for multiple processes across multiple businesses.
  • Enter and maintain data integrity and reporting in all applicable databases and excel sheets with strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain and support candidate onboarding materials, such as new hire offer packets and sign-on components.
  • Work closely with key business and corporate stakeholders to coordinate and execute orientation and training for Summer Intern and First-Year programs.
  • Remain apprised of current and changing recruiting methods through research and development of external network.
  • Participate in maintenance of campus recruitment budget.

Expected annualized base salary of $90,000 to $110,000.

This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills and experience.

Base salary is one component of PJT Partners’ compensation structure. In addition to base salary, PJT Partners’ compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives and benefits, including but not limited to, a discretionary bonus component.
