Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana is seeking an Associate Buyer to lead seasonal buying, assortment management and cross-functional collaboration across North America. The role combines product instinct with data-driven decision making to shape the luxury brand's regional offers and drive commercial results.

You will own designated categories, develop seasonal assortments, analyze performance, and partner with Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Retail, Wholesale and HQ teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, or Planning within luxury or premium fashion.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in retail KPIs and Excel.
• Ability to translate business performance into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own seasonal buying process for designated categories and drive assortment strategy.
• Develop seasonal assortments based on financial objectives, performance and client demand.
• Lead weekly analyses of sales, inventory, and product productivity; make replenishment recommendations.
• Collaborate with Planning, Allocation, Retail, Wholesale, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and HQ teams.
• Present business insights to Merchandising leadership and cross-functional partners.
