Job summary

Uline is seeking an Associate Buyer to support inventory planning and purchasing for its expansive shipping, industrial and packaging product lines at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The role focuses on analyzing stock levels, placing orders, and maintaining vendor relationships to meet growing customer demand.

You will collaborate with internal teams, work with suppliers, and help ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; supply chain major a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, calculate and monitor inventory levels on select product lines.
• Place purchase orders based on replenishment needs.
• Develop and maintain good vendor relations.
• Resolve problems, reconcile vendor returns and expedite order deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal departments when vendor issues arise.
• Partner with other team members to provide support to Uline's regional locations.
