The incumbent possesses a deep understanding of supported applications, user workflows, and system integrations. By analyzing work processes, the role identifies and implements solutions, collaborating with stakeholders on training, process improvements, or business rule modifications. This position traces business requirements through to test plans and cases, minimizing issue resolution time and identifying anomalies. The incumbent may interface with Application Development or other business process analysis roles, gaining experience and advancing their professional career through close collaboration with experienced colleagues.
