Gather and document business requirements from initial draft to implementation.
Interface with internal stakeholders, business managers, project managers, developers, and testers.
Interview stakeholders to define comprehensive user requirements.
Build external user requirements according to client or Clario internal processes.
Coordinate User Interface Testing with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with peers or managers to review deliverables.
Understand and address the specific needs of the Imaging business unit.
Ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Assist team members and perform other duties as needed.
Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Attend and participate in applicable company-sponsored training.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, life sciences, or a related field required
Experience in a similar business analyst or data delivery role preferred
Familiarity with clinical trials or imaging services is a plus
Strong understanding of requirement analysis and specification techniques
Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements
Experience coordinating user interface testing
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of JIRA or similar project tracking tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Fluent in English
