Description
The Associate Business Analyst is responsible for improving processes and efficiency across the Wiland APP and partner ecosystem. Reporting to a senior leader within the Data Governance & Corporate Development division, this role involves participating in multiple, prioritized projects aimed at delivering new or improved processes and systems for internal use.
Essential Functions
- Assist in gathering and documenting business needs, processes, and workflows related to internal applications. Collaborate with management to track issue frequency and impact, advocating for high-impact changes.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional requirements, and non-functional expectations in partnership with product managers and stakeholders.
- Develop an understanding of the organization’s structure, policies, and operations to recommend solutions for process improvement and business planning.
- Work with the Quality Assurance team to test and validate solutions against business and functional requirements.
- Support the triage and resolution of urgent production issues with relevant teams such as Product, Support, and Operations.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
Experience, Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field. Ability to provide college transcripts showing a minimum 3.0 GPA, if applicable.
- 1-2 years of product management and/or business analysis experience in a software environment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with curiosity about business needs.
- Basic knowledge of business or systems analysis.
- Experience in creating user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation is a plus.
- Experience with Direct Marketing and Database Marketing is preferred.
- Knowledge of User Experience best practices is helpful.

- Compensation Range: $58,000 - $77,000, including a variable component
