Join our Amwins Brokerage team in Fort Washington, PA as an Associate Broker!

This position is in-office. None of our roles are commission-based or involve cold calling.

Key responsibilities include:

• Review submission information for new or renewal quotes
• Analyze submissions and select suitable markets
• Determine coverage needs and develop proposals
• Review inspection recommendations and discrepancies
• Build relationships with agency and underwriter partners
• Respond to calls/requests regarding issues and provide resolutions
• Manage endorsement requests, applications, forms, and certificates
• Monitor reports for consistency
• Potentially oversee technical staff and assist in training
• Develop personal sources of business (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience, with wholesale experience preferred
• Ability to develop relationships at all levels internally and externally
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to take on challenges
• High accuracy and attention to detail
